AMobile and Kynetics Announce Strategic Partnership to Enable Secure, Scalable Android Device Management at the Edge
We are excited to announce a strategic partnership between AMobile Solutions and Kynetics to further strengthen the enterprise positioning of AMobile’s mobile device portfolio. 

Through this partnership, AMobile will combine its enterprise-grade mobile and edge hardware platforms with Kynetics’ expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of operating systems for embedded Android devices.  By integrating Kynetics’ OTA update and MDM platform, Update Factory, into AMobile devices, the two companies will address key challenges related to firmware, operating system, and critical system updates in long lifecycle and field deployment environments.

As the first milestone of the collaboration, AMobile’s 10-inch enterprise handheld tablet, Ruby 10, will serve as the initial reference platform. Built on the MediaTek MT8781 chipset and supporting Android 14, Ruby 10 provides a stable and scalable foundation for enterprise and industrial use cases. When integrated with Kynetics’ Update Factory SaaS platform, enterprises can significantly reduce update-related risks while maintaining system consistency across distributed device fleets.
